Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRP1B RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LRP1B data layer compared with 13 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher LRP1B RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRP1B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and SCLC show a favorable association.

BRCA, SCLC, and UCEC are the cancer types where LRP1B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
