LRP1B

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRP1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,641 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRP1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSD11B1, RASSF3, and FAT3. Each is linked with LRP1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP1B-to-partner and partner-to-LRP1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRP1B versus HSD11B1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.69.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRP1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRP1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
