LRP1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRP1B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 128 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRP1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, Caveolin-1, and PDK1_pS241. Each is linked with LRP1B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP1B-to-partner and partner-to-LRP1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E2 grouped by LRP1B-low versus LRP1B-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRP1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRP1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
