Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRP1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,276 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRP1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated transcription elongation, RNA catabolic process, and mRNA catabolic process. Each is linked with LRP1B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP1B-to-partner and partner-to-LRP1B results are reported.
