LRP1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRP1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,369 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRP1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are FRMD7, BRPF1, and C17orf58. Each is linked with LRP1B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP1B-to-partner and partner-to-LRP1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FRMD7 grouped by LRP1B-low versus LRP1B-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRP1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRP1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
