Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRP11 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LRP11 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher LRP11 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRP11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and GBM show a favorable association.

HNSC, LUAD, and GBM are the cancer types where LRP11 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
