LRP11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRP11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,504 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRP11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRDM1_S272, PTPRC, and SEC23B. Each is linked with LRP11 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP11-to-partner and partner-to-LRP11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRP11 versus PRDM1_S272 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
