LRP11

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRP11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,604 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRP11-associated genes across cancer lineages are FLNA, ADGRE5, and HK3. Each is linked with LRP11 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP11-to-partner and partner-to-LRP11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRP11 versus FLNA in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
