Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRP11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,404 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRP11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATP9A, ITFG1, and ADPRH. Each is linked with LRP11 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP11-to-partner and partner-to-LRP11 results are reported.
