Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRP11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,157 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRP11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to water, Intracellular receptor signaling pathway, and Macroautophagy. Each is linked with LRP11 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRP11-to-partner and partner-to-LRP11 results are reported.
