LRIG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRIG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,596 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRIG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SETMAR, UTRN, and FARP1. Each is linked with LRIG1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRIG1-to-partner and partner-to-LRIG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRIG1 versus SETMAR in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRIG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRIG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
