Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRIG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,025 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRIG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRIA2, KCTD6, and TMPRSS3. Each is linked with LRIG1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRIG1-to-partner and partner-to-LRIG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRIG1 versus GRIA2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRIG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRIG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
