Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRIG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,097 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRIG1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Otolith morphogenesis, Otolith development, and Regulation of gastrulation. Each is linked with LRIG1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRIG1-to-partner and partner-to-LRIG1 results are reported.
