Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRIG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 522 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRIG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTNR1A, C10orf53, and FAM47A. Each is linked with LRIG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRIG1-to-partner and partner-to-LRIG1 results are reported.
