Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRIF1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LRIF1 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher LRIF1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRIF1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, UCEC, and LUAD are the cancer types where LRIF1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
