LRIF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRIF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,565 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRIF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM4_T110, TRIM33, and SAP30. Each is linked with LRIF1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRIF1-to-partner and partner-to-LRIF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRIF1 versus MCM4_T110 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRIF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRIF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
