LRIF1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRIF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,503 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRIF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IMPDH1P9, RPL37P1, and TMIE. Each is linked with LRIF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRIF1-to-partner and partner-to-LRIF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRIF1 versus IMPDH1P9 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRIF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRIF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
