The most reproducible LRIF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle targeting, to, from or within Golgi, Positive regulation of viral process, and Vesicle coating. Each is linked with LRIF1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRIF1-to-partner and partner-to-LRIF1 results are reported.
