LRIF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRIF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRIF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL17A, OR8B4, and REG1B. Each is linked with LRIF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRIF1-to-partner and partner-to-LRIF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL17A grouped by LRIF1-low versus LRIF1-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRIF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRIF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
