Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRFN5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,465 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRFN5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VAT1, KANK2, and LSAMP. Each is linked with LRFN5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRFN5-to-partner and partner-to-LRFN5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRFN5 versus VAT1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRFN5→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRFN5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
