LRFN2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRFN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 537 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRFN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CACNA1I, HRH3, and PROKR2. Each is linked with LRFN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRFN2-to-partner and partner-to-LRFN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRFN2 versus CACNA1I in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRFN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRFN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
