LRFN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRFN2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 82 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRFN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, TSC1, and INPP4B. Each is linked with LRFN2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRFN2-to-partner and partner-to-LRFN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by LRFN2-low versus LRFN2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRFN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRFN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
