LRCH4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRCH4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,419 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRCH4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAPG_S129, GGA2, and HDLBP. Each is linked with LRCH4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRCH4-to-partner and partner-to-LRCH4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRCH4 versus CAPG_S129 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRCH4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRCH4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
