Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRCH4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,789 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRCH4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITGAX, MYO1F, and HCLS1. Each is linked with LRCH4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRCH4-to-partner and partner-to-LRCH4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRCH4 versus ITGAX in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRCH4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRCH4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
