Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRCH4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,782 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRCH4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIPIN, TIMM21, and MRPL46. Each is linked with LRCH4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRCH4-to-partner and partner-to-LRCH4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIPIN grouped by LRCH4-low versus LRCH4-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRCH4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRCH4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
