Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRCH4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRCH4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXO3a, INPP4B, and MEK1. Each is linked with LRCH4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRCH4-to-partner and partner-to-LRCH4 results are reported.
