LRCH4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRCH4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,331 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRCH4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAP11, GIGYF1, and ZNF394. Each is linked with LRCH4 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRCH4-to-partner and partner-to-LRCH4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRCH4 versus MAP11 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRCH4→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRCH4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
