Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRCH4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,765 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRCH4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pre-mRNA catabolic process, Positive regulation of toll-like receptor signaling pathway, and Flagellated sperm motility. Each is linked with LRCH4 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRCH4-to-partner and partner-to-LRCH4 results are reported.
