LRCH3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRCH3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,412 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRCH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBXN7, ACAP2, and SENP5. Each is linked with LRCH3 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRCH3-to-partner and partner-to-LRCH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRCH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRCH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
