LRCH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRCH2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,233 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRCH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL14A1, PRRC2A, and DMTF1. Each is linked with LRCH2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRCH2-to-partner and partner-to-LRCH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COL14A1 grouped by LRCH2-low versus LRCH2-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRCH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRCH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
