LRCH1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRCH1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 31,947 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRCH1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SNX17, WIPF1, and MICAL1. Each is linked with LRCH1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRCH1-to-partner and partner-to-LRCH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRCH1 versus SNX17 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRCH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRCH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
