Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRCH1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRCH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAT5a, ATM, and Chk2_pT68. Each is linked with LRCH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRCH1-to-partner and partner-to-LRCH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STAT5a grouped by LRCH1-low versus LRCH1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRCH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRCH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
