Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRCH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,236 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRCH1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sister chromatid biorientation, Positive regulation of lamellipodium morphogenesis, and Intra-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport. Each is linked with LRCH1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRCH1-to-partner and partner-to-LRCH1 results are reported.
