Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRBA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,396 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRBA-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLCN3, GFPT2, and TTC39A-AS1. Each is linked with LRBA in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRBA-to-partner and partner-to-LRBA results are reported.
