Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRATD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,403 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRATD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6515, RNU6-43P, and RNU6-1228P. Each is linked with LRATD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRATD2-to-partner and partner-to-LRATD2 results are reported.
