LRATD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRATD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,655 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRATD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCF4, ARHGAP30, and SIPA1L2_S1244. Each is linked with LRATD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRATD1-to-partner and partner-to-LRATD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRATD1 versus NCF4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRATD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRATD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
