LRATD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRATD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,884 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRATD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZEB2, PILRA, and CARD8. Each is linked with LRATD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRATD1-to-partner and partner-to-LRATD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRATD1 versus ZEB2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRATD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRATD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
