LPP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,446 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PALLD_T956, TGFB1I1, and TAGLN_S166. Each is linked with LPP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPP-to-partner and partner-to-LPP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LPP versus PALLD_T956 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LPP→partner) and Y-score (partner→LPP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
