Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,612 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL9, CNN1, and LMOD1. Each is linked with LPP in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPP-to-partner and partner-to-LPP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LPP versus MYL9 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
