LPP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPP protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 30,179 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGEF17, HSPG2, and IGFBP7. Each is linked with LPP in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPP-to-partner and partner-to-LPP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LPP versus ARHGEF17 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LPP→partner) and Y-score (partner→LPP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
