Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,551 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LPP-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAPPC5, UBA7, and ZNF668. Each is linked with LPP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPP-to-partner and partner-to-LPP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAPPC5 grouped by LPP-low versus LPP-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LPP→partner) and Y-score (partner→LPP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
