LPP

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPP-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, p62 Lck ligand, and VHL. Each is linked with LPP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPP-to-partner and partner-to-LPP results are reported.
