Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, LPP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 106 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LPP-associated genes across cancer lineages are VN1R3, GUCA2A, and USP17L13. Each is linked with LPP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPP-to-partner and partner-to-LPP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VN1R3 grouped by LPP-low versus LPP-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LPP→partner) and Y-score (partner→LPP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
