Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,914 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRP1, PEAK1, and RSU1. Each is linked with LPL in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPL-to-partner and partner-to-LPL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LPL versus LRP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
