LPIN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPIN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,345 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPIN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAB12, LPIN2_S187, and LPIN2_S224. Each is linked with LPIN2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPIN2-to-partner and partner-to-LPIN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LPIN2 versus RAB12 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LPIN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LPIN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
