Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPIN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,559 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LPIN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHORDC1P4, MYL12A, and MYL12B. Each is linked with LPIN2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPIN2-to-partner and partner-to-LPIN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LPIN2 versus CHORDC1P4 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LPIN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LPIN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
