LPIN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPIN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,794 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPIN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LPIN1_S294, LPIN1_S162, and PDLIM1. Each is linked with LPIN1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPIN1-to-partner and partner-to-LPIN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LPIN1 versus LPIN1_S294 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LPIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LPIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
