LPIN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPIN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,156 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GTSE1, ANKHD1, and CDCA2. Each is linked with LPIN1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPIN1-to-partner and partner-to-LPIN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GTSE1 grouped by LPIN1-low versus LPIN1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LPIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LPIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
