LPIN1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LPIN1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, 4E-BP1, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with LPIN1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPIN1-to-partner and partner-to-LPIN1 results are reported.
