Across TCGA cell cohorts, LPIN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,113 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LPIN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of phospholipid metabolic process, Triglyceride mobilization, and Nuclear membrane disassembly. Each is linked with LPIN1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LPIN1-to-partner and partner-to-LPIN1 results are reported.
